This role operates in a remote environment, providing therapeutic services primarily to students and their families via telehealth modalities. Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, offering flexible scheduling options that enable our counselors to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on their availability and client needs. We utilize a range of digital tools and platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, comprehensive documentation, and client management.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their families, carefully triaging care based on individual needs.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical interventions that align with each client’s treatment goals, utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and documenting treatment plans clearly in accordance with clinic protocols and standards.

• Providing case management, which involves liaising with community resources and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for your assigned patients.

• Maintaining accurate, ethical, and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with organizational and legal requirements.

Your primary focus will be on individuals, adolescents, and families seeking mental health support in a school context. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
