This role is remote-based, giving you the flexibility to work from your chosen environment while staying connected with our supportive team. You will have access to in-house credentialing and management systems, which streamline your participation in insurance programs and scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their emotional and mental health needs.

• Execute initial comprehensive assessments that inform treatment pathways and triage care accordingly.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, to assist clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and interdisciplinary communication during team meetings and patient rounds.
\n
• Collaborate with community health professionals and programs to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for assigned patients.

• Complete all required documentation in an ethical and timely manner, adhering to the standards and policies of our clinic.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills, including workshops on the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, many of whom face complex emotional and psychological challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care, addressing unique needs through tailored interventions. You will work closely with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, empowering them to navigate their personal journeys to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient or community health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
