Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed trauma-informed assessments to understand the mental health history of each patient and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, emotional growth, and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver effective interventions.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere for patients to process their experiences and build coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure an integrative approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
