Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient’s unique history and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and emotional resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that support clients in processing their trauma and enhancing coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support in real-time during trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working in mental health settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
