Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Document case notes meticulously, maintaining a comprehensive record from the initial intake through the completion of treatment.

• Develop and implement customized treatment and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring alignment with clinical best practices.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques to address varied client concerns and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standards of care and support throughout the recovery journey.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to coordinate care and address clients' comprehensive needs.

• Assist clients and their families in understanding mental health challenges and adopting strategies to promote recovery.

• Stay updated with developments in mental health care, incorporating new techniques and treatment modalities into practice as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Texas.

• A successful completion and passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, preferably AVATAR, to document client interactions and treatment plans.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and the underlying physiological effects of medications prescribed to clients.
\n
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and show empathy toward clients in a virtual environment.

• A commitment to lifelong learning and adherence to the ethical standards set by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
