Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise clinical care for a diverse caseload of patients, applying advanced therapeutic techniques to foster their mental health and well-being.

• Provide individualized or group therapy sessions, conducting thorough assessments, and documenting treatment plans and progress notes meticulously.

• Develop effective intervention strategies in collaboration with patients and their families, aimed at resolving psychological challenges and enhancing overall quality of life.

• Utilize clinical skills to manage crisis situations and deliver immediate, therapeutic interventions when necessary.

• Conduct mental health evaluations that contribute to the comprehensive care structure for each patient, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Facilitate educational and supportive programs, empowering patients and their families with knowledge and resources for effective mental health management.

• Continuously assess the needs of patients and healthcare providers to inform and refine action plans for psychological services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied patient population, ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique psychological needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is strictly required.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Preferred Experience\n

To thrive in this role, we prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $135,000 per year for full-time positions, reflective of experience and expertise.
