Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, client-centered care.

• Offering immediate crisis intervention and support during emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Educating clients on their conditions, treatment modalities available, and access to community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other legal guidelines.

• Engaging actively in team meetings, professional development workshops, and case consultations to enhance both personal and organizational success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
