Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Document all client interactions and progress in our electronic medical records system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to their treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses the full range of each client’s needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay abreast of current trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who are experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, PTSD, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
