Work Environment\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Hear-A-Mind Inc., you will work predominantly in a remote capacity, with support and resources readily available through our outpatient office infrastructure. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as required by patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at delivering high-quality mental health care, including:

• Conducting in-depth mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs, establish rapport, and build trust.

• Developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, as well as psychoeducational support groups, to foster community healing and understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach in managing each patient’s treatment.

• Providing crisis intervention services to assist patients during mental health emergencies, thereby ensuring immediate and effective care.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of case notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education activities to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Tennessee as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building robust therapeutic alliances with patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries in all aspects of care.

Preferred Experience\n

We would highly value candidates who bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in counseling and therapeutic settings. Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, as well as familiarity with community resources in the Clarksville area, will greatly enhance your contribution to our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
