Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct client sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining an effective outpatient office presence. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the individual needs of our patients. You will utilize telehealth platforms as part of your practice, ensuring that all clients receive timely and effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gather insights into patients' unique life experiences, cultural backgrounds, and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that respect each patient's cultural identity.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing skills to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate with your colleagues, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a coordinated and holistic care approach for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring client safety.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, with demonstrated experience in applying evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive approaches to therapy.

• Proven crisis intervention skills to maintain composure and efficacy during challenging scenarios.
