Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We understand that mental health care should adapt to patient needs, so flexibility in scheduling may be required to provide the best possible service to our clients. You will be collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, benefiting from a supportive peer network that encourages communication and shared learning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique backgrounds, psychosocial history, and areas of concern.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to enhance the well-being of each patient.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health concerns, fostering resilience, and empowering clients towards recovery.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and treatment outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and providing essential resources.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, coping strategies, and local community resources available to them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competency training sessions to continuously enhance service effectiveness and personal professional growth.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and relevant cultural considerations in mental health to promote the highest standards of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated expertise in understanding mental health disorders, implementing effective evidence-based treatment interventions, and exercising cultural competence in therapy.

• Prior experience in providing individual and group therapy, showcasing a commitment to using inclusive therapeutic strategies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness under pressure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect and build rapport with individuals from varying backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and competent in a variety of relevant computer applications.
\n
• Commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical standards, and maintaining confidentiality of all client information.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid background in delivering culturally responsive therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
