Work Environment\n

This position is tailored for professionals who prefer a remote setting while still being integral to an outpatient office. Although remote work provides a convenient lifestyle, you will remain connected with an accomplished team of mental health professionals. Work hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patients' needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans aiming for optimal outcomes.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver evidence-based interventions to clients.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups to facilitate community awareness and provide peer support, addressing prevalent mental health topics.

• Collaborate consistently with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to individuals undergoing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage actively in case consultations, professional development activities, and staff meetings to continually refine skills and treatment methodologies.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to incorporate innovative approaches into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families of various backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders coupled with familiarity in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy across a diverse population.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
\n
• Sound judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
