Key Responsibilities\n

  Perform thorough initial assessments for clients to understand their mental health needs and concerns.

  Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and diagnostic criteria.

  Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on treating adults, teens, and couples who experience struggles with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with a diverse clientele, thus enhancing your clinical skills and cultural competence while promoting mental wellness in the community.

Qualifications\n

  A current, unrestricted license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent mental health clinician.

  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work is highly preferred.

  At least two years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated ability to effectively plan treatments and provide psychotherapy.
