Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continually monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude that creates a safe space for clients to share and heal.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and maintain timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a private practice setting or providing outpatient therapy services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• A track record of successfully working with individuals facing trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
