Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, understanding their symptoms and history to formulate effective treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you’ll engage with a diverse clientele which may include individuals facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your ability to understand and relate to a variety of patient experiences will be crucial in delivering effective, compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• An in-depth understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
