Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on clients through video consultations, identifying their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to assist clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication methods.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address any changes in their mental health status.

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for managing life transitions, stress, anxiety, and other common challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Independently licensed with no current disciplinary actions against you.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient in using technology for therapy sessions, with a stable Internet connection.
