Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure in the state of Tennessee as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• No previous disciplinary actions on licensure.
\n
• Proficient in using technology for virtual counseling and maintaining a stable internet connection.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience providing mental health counseling in a telehealth format is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on the number of hours worked.
