Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using standardized tools, engaging clients in meaningful conversations to understand their unique needs and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to empower clients in their healing process.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information throughout the treatment process.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care. Regular team meetings and consultations will facilitate communication about patients’ needs and care plans.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, actively contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance overall service quality.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions and available resources to navigate their journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n
