Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, risk factors, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational sessions to support patient understanding and engagement with their mental health journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and medical needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
