Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients’ needs and craft personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at helping clients address shared mental health concerns and build community ties.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and rapid support during mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, potential treatment paths, and available community resources to enhance their journey to recovery.

• Ensure that all patient records are accurately documented in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding advanced degrees.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proven competence in applying evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A demonstrated ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans tailored to individuals.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse population is essential.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to foster trusting relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
