Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Positive Pathways, you will work with a diverse client base ranging from children and adolescents to adults battling various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients from different cultural backgrounds, ensuring that individual needs are met holistically and sensitively.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong proficiency in therapeutic techniques and familiarity with diagnostic methods.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for client interactions and documentation.

• A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering a safe environment for therapeutic dialogue.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n
