Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and other challenges.

• Facilitate ongoing therapeutic sessions both via telehealth and, when necessary, in person, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health practice serves a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may be experiencing various mental health challenges. You'll work closely with clients struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other psychological conditions, providing them with the necessary support and therapeutic interventions to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York is mandatory.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT and DBT, that effectively address mood-related disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the capability to collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals.

• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Radiant Relief, we offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, with potential bonuses based on performance.
