Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, strengths, and potential challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated capacity to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to diverse client populations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical practice and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and general computer applications.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

We are seeking candidates with at least two (2) years of experience in mental health counseling, particularly within outpatient settings. Familiarity with teletherapy and an adaptive approach to virtual care will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
