This role is primarily remote, facilitating a flexible work-life balance while promoting optimal care delivery in an outpatient office setting. Our outpatient location operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your personal and professional lifestyle. We provide comprehensive in-house credentialing and manage all aspects of insurance participation, giving you more time to focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients and their families to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality clinical interventions employing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with interdisciplinary teams, documenting assessments and treatment plans to facilitate holistic care.

• Demonstrate proficiency in case management, collaborating with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure continuity of care for your clients.

• Participate in regular meetings and case discussions to contribute to the treatment planning and review process.
\n
• Adhere to ethical standards in all professional practices and complete documentation in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Gracious Growth Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds. The outpatient setting allows you to engage with clients who may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, familial issues, and more. Your expertise will enable you to provide tailored interventions that foster recovery and help clients achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Ability to work between 10 to 40 hours (sessions) per week or more, based on client needs and availability.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on evidence-based practices will be highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices is advantageous in ensuring smooth operational workflows.
