Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of psychotherapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, to address emotional and behavioral disorders affecting clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing initial discharge plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions as dictated by the treatment plan, promoting active participation and engagement.

• Establish and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with facility and professional standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and revisions to treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.

• Collaborate actively in treatment team meetings, sharing insights and strategies with fellow clinicians to enhance the overall quality of care.

• Exhibit a professional demeanor, demonstrating empathy and understanding toward clients, and addressing any concerns or complaints with initiative and resolve.

• Prioritize patient safety and confidentiality in all aspects of treatment.
