Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows you to create a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the freedom to balance your professional and personal life. Positioned as an outpatient counselor, this role operates within a collaborative virtual environment where support systems for both you and your clients are readily available. You won’t face on-call responsibilities, ensuring a focused and supportive work experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based counseling sessions to adult clients via live video platforms.

• Utilize assessment tools and self-reported measures to evaluate client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure alignment with their goals.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and other counselors to establish integrated treatment modalities tailored to client needs.

• Participate in weekly drop-in consultations with leadership to foster ongoing professional development and clinical guidance.

• Employ our streamlined electronic medical records (EMR) system for efficient documentation and access to patient assessment tools.

• Provide insights and recommendations during treatment planning discussions based on automatic symptom assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse adult population, focusing on those experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Your role is critical in ensuring that care is inclusive and culturally responsive, making a tangible impact on the lives of individuals, couples, and families striving for emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) required.

• A minimum of one year of independent clinical experience post-licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Momentum Recovery Facility offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and experience.
