The position operates within a supportive outpatient office setting, primarily through remote work. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of clients to understand their specific mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven methodologies tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that adhere to confidentiality standards and regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care provided and ensure holistic client support.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews to refine clinical practices and contribute to continuous improvement in care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse population of clients, catering to individuals facing an array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. The role requires proficiency in building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and allow for deep, impactful interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
