Regular business hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, though some evening and weekend flexibility may be needed to accommodate client appointments. Minimal paperwork ensures your focus remains on client interactions rather than administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective support for our clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA and other confidentiality protocols, thus safeguarding client information at all times.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists, to design comprehensive care strategies.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance clinical knowledge and improve the quality of care delivered.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take part in their recovery.

Qualifications\n
