Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, using standardized evaluation tools and clinical judgment.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions for each client.

• Deliver therapy through various modalities, including individual, family, and group settings, depending on the client’s needs.

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, quickly responding to clients in distress and employing de-escalation strategies when needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records following federal and state regulations, as well as ethical guidelines set forth by professional boards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive and holistic care to clients.

• Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Participate in regular supervision, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and competencies.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain professional standards per your licensing board's regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise in mental health counseling will directly contribute to improving clients' overall quality of life and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
