Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Document client progress meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse set of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who are navigating various mental health challenges. This includes issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Goodwell Counseling Services is particularly focused on reaching individuals with limited access to care, ensuring that every client receives empathetic and effective treatment tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
