Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients through a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.

• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes to document treatment effectiveness while ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Engage in collaborative care by effectively communicating with other healthcare professionals as necessary to coordinate services, share insights, and optimize client care outcomes.

• Stay informed on current best practices and engage in continuing education opportunities, including workshops and training, to enhance your skills and broaden your therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, many of whom may be experiencing complex emotional challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, or addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation of clinical skills and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
