Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather pertinent information.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans incorporating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups by creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere that encourages open dialogue.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. This position requires a culturally competent and empathetic approach to ensure all clients feel understood and supported in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling role, demonstrating a proven track record of effective client engagement and intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
\n
