Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, develop clinical diagnoses, and create customized treatment plans that address their challenges and aspirations.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that the interventions align with each client's objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to clients who may find themselves in acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documents, adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care that is optimal for client success.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders and the array of treatment options available, while also advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education, workshops, and training opportunities to remain current with the latest trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will encounter a wide range of mental health issues, from depression and anxiety disorders to relationship challenges and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• At least two years of relevant therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
