Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of clinical tasks, including the following:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals and families, using these assessments to develop tailored intervention plans.

• Engage with students in individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside other evidence-based techniques to address their unique challenges.

• Ensure seamless communication with other members of our multidisciplinary team, including social workers and school staff, to discuss patient assessments, treatment progress, and collaborative care planning during regular team meetings.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with community resources and providers to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to the needs of each patient.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and patient interactions in accordance with organizational policies.

• Continuously monitor and adapt therapy techniques and interventions based on patient feedback and outcomes, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support school-aged children, adolescents, and their families navigating various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social difficulties. Your role will involve understanding the unique systemic factors that impact the mental health of students, including academic pressures and social dynamics, allowing you to address their needs holistically.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Additional benefits include:
