Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our Surgical Center located in the vibrant city of Laredo, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and diligently review patient medical records.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood panels and imaging studies to inform patient care decisions.
• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of health conditions relevant to family medicine, adjusting approaches as patient needs evolve.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses and infectious diseases, considering their unique health profiles.
• Prescribe medications and closely monitor patient responses to ensure effective management of treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, organized patient records and schedules, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
• Oversee patients' overall health, implementing strategies that reinforce healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in primary care through continuous professional education and research initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse community in Laredo, Texas. We serve individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, each with unique healthcare needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is required.
• A valid Texas State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and DEA registration are mandatory for this role.
• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant in a family health clinic or similar healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated specialization or expertise in family medicine, with extensive clinical knowledge in primary care.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with patients and staff.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 150,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience and skill level. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
