Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children through adults, all dealing with various aspects of mental health and relational dynamics. You will support families working through issues like marital discord, parenting challenges, depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. Understanding the cultural and socioeconomic factors affecting your clients will be crucial as you develop tailored interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of Florida, reflecting a commitment to excellence in practice.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment plans efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, specifically working as a licensed therapist.
