Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and individuals to determine therapeutic needs and treatment goals.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy focused on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse and recovery.
\n
• Physical and psychological abuse recovery.
\n
• Addressing grief and loss.
\n
• Facilitating conflict resolution among family members or siblings.
\n
• Guiding families through blended family dynamics, including remarriage challenges.
\n
• Supporting clients through separation, divorce, and adjustment processes.
\n
• Improving communication skills within families.
\n
• Addressing job-related stress and medical issues affecting mental health.
\n

• Tracking and documenting patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and children/adolescents, providing therapy for a diverse range of mental health issues. This variety allows you to tailor your approach and utilize your expertise to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering genuine and positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:

• A current and active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
