Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will work with couples and individual clients to conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions focused on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional wellness.

• Providing support for a range of issues, including but not limited to relationship challenges, grief and loss, and family dynamics.

• Facilitating sessions with blended families, addressing adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.
\n
• Creating and implementing therapeutic techniques based on family systems theory and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Tracking progress and modifying therapeutic interventions to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and resources for patients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adults and children, focusing on diverse family structures, including blended families and individuals facing various challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing psychological issues such as job stress, medical issues, and abusive dynamics within families, all while ensuring each client receives personalized and empathetic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
