Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients upon intake to identify their mental health needs, risks, and particular circumstances affecting their well-being.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients encountering acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and urgent care protocols.

• Accurately maintain electronic client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, safeguarding client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for every client.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) within the state of Florida.

• A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
