Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's needs and create individualized therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with OTs, PTs, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care.

• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continuous improvement and drive results.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
