Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them reach their functional ambitions.
• Deliver Therapeutic Techniques: Implement proven methods to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily life skills.
• Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapeutic practices that encourage sustained improvement at home.
• Track Progress and Adapt Plans: Continuously monitor clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or advanced credentials encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
