Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and devise custom therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Approaches: Leverage best practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and overall activities of daily living

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, all-encompassing care

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy strategies to enable continued progress at home

Monitor and Document Progress: Keep detailed records of clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

A genuine passion for helping people and a strong desire to assist clients in achieving their highest levels of independence

Effective and compassionate communication skills with both patients and fellow team members

Ability to creatively assess and adjust therapy plans to meet diverse client needs

Comfort engaging independently or collaborating as part of a close-knit interdisciplinary team
