Job Description

• Create Customized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver unified, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and training to patients and their families on effective therapy methods to promote continued progress at home
• Document Progress and Adapt Treatment: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as required to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and facilitated

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
