Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, utilizing clinical diagnostic tools to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the multifaceted needs of each client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and ensuring they have the support needed.

You will work with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups representing diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
