Location: 1644 Medical Center Point, Suite 200 Colorado Springs, CO 80907
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site (Not Remote) Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (40–42 hours per week) Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Colorado Springs Urology is looking for a Surgery Scheduler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with:
- Surgery scheduling experience preferred
- Experience obtaining surgical authorizations and coordinating procedures
- Experience with medical office scheduling or procedure scheduling will also be considered
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service
What You'll Do
- Schedule surgical procedures and coordinate all aspects of the surgical process
- Obtain and track insurance authorizations as needed
- Communicate with patients, physicians, hospitals, surgery centers, and insurance companies
- Prepare surgery packets and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Provide exceptional service while helping patients navigate their surgical journey
