Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy sessions via telehealth to clients experiencing various mental health challenges, ensuring a trauma-informed approach.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, identify treatment goals, and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Act as a clinical leader within the telehealth team, guiding less experienced team members through complex cases and treatment methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An unrestricted and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in challenging scenarios.

• A comprehensive understanding of adolescent issues, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services and electronic documentation.
