Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver onsite therapeutic interventions that effectively address the needs of clients and families experiencing crises.

• Collaborate with first responders and various community resources to facilitate immediate crisis support and appropriate transportation to levels of care as necessary.

• Lead dispatched mobile teams, offering clinical guidance, oversight, and support to team members while actively managing crisis situations.

• Conduct concise assessments to develop a clear clinical picture of the client’s needs, followed by formulating and recommending actionable treatment plans.

• Make informed referrals for case management, aftercare services, and appropriate placements as required.
\n
• Enhance awareness of available community resources, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support beyond initial therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with individuals and families grappling with mental health issues and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. The therapist will foster a space for open dialogue and healing, allowing clients to feel safe and heard. The clinician’s role is pivotal in guiding patients toward recovery, enhancing their coping skills, and connecting them with necessary resources for ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
