Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to identify presenting mental health issues, ensuring thorough documentation and goal-setting.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting approaches to suit the virtual environment while ensuring a therapeutic rapport is built.

• Monitor clients’ progress through consistent follow-up, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure continuous care improvement.

• Facilitate therapeutic goal-setting by collaborating closely with clients, helping them identify their objectives and obstacles in achieving emotional wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system for seamless data management.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our counselors are committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and aspirations. This role requires you to be attuned to the unique experiences of each client, as well as culturally competent in addressing their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with relevant master’s or doctoral degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related area.
