Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, individualized assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and craft tailored treatment plans that address those needs.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes, to track client progress and adjustments to therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC) or a relevant field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
