Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a balanced caseload of clients, developing strong rapport while adhering to ethical standards and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the client's unique needs and involve their active participation.

• Document client interactions and treatment notes meticulously to ensure compliance with policy and to support continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment goals.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings, collaborating effectively with other healthcare providers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients may present with various issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy.

• Prior experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with performing comprehensive intake assessments and devising appropriate treatment protocols.

• Knowledge of contemporary evidence-based practices in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring our clinicians are compensated promptly without the delay of reimbursement wait times.
